How we use your details
SAKE LABS LTD ("SAKE Labs"), registered at Companies House under number 17491931, uses what you enter here only to review your application and to contact you about it, because you asked us to before any contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep the form free of spam and abuse, we keep scrambled (hashed) forms of your IP address and email address in short-lived counters, deleted within about two days, and Google Cloud's logs record your IP address and your browser's user agent for 30 days. We do this in our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Hashes of your phone number and email address are also kept with your application, for as long as the application itself, so we can recognise a repeat application and find your details if you ask us to delete them.
Your application is stored in Google Cloud in London. We send it, with your contact details, to the SAKE Labs founders in a private Telegram group, so one of us can call you. We use your phone number only to call you about your application. We keep your application for 12 months after you send it, then delete it. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or use cookies or trackers on this form.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to the anti-abuse processing, at any time by writing to start@sakelabs.ai. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.
